Dr. Robert Northcutt

CEO

Robert received his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University followed by a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. In this time, he helped develop a mechanistic interpretation of charge storage in conducting polymers that serves as the groundwork required for real-time cation sensing. He has published multiple papers on the topic and continued to assist ongoing projects related to cation sensing at The Ohio State University as a Post-Doctoral Researcher.

Andy Tomaswick

COO

Andy has a technical background in electrical engineering and has worked for 11 years as an engineer for various industrial companies. He has worked in product design and engineering as well as software development. He also has an MBA and has worked as an executive in residence at Michigan State University and Ohio State University, where he has successfully started a number of companies based on technologies originally developed at the University.

Todd Tomba

Mr. Tomba has 30+ years of diverse experience working in the Medical Technology sector. He has led complex organizations within with both large, Fortune-50 multinational corporations (Abbott, Roche) as well as virtual, venture-backed entities. He has also collaborated and consulted with many venture-creation organizations and leading Universities. Mr. Tomba is currently engaged with The Ohio State University - Technology Commercialization Office (Executive in Residence) to support its mission in three critical areas: Intellectual Property Licensing, Corporate Engagement, and Economic Development. In addition, he is serving as Chairman of the Board - Bionymer, Inc. He is also currently serving as CEO of Neuvotion, LLC (a company focused on movement disorders and restoration).
